Sister Wives has been airing on TLC for over a decade. During this time, Meri’s only child, Leon, has gone through tremendous change. They first came out as lesbian and also introduced their girlfriend, Audrey. Later, in 2022, everyone found out Leon was transgender. Some family members had trouble accepting their new identity.
There were rumors that Kody had a falling out with Leon, too, and they share a strained bond. Despite this, they shared new pictures on Instagram, implying they were a part of the recent Brown family reunion in Wyoming. Everyone was in shock after realizing Leon was there, considering the family history. Yet everyone was happy.
Mykelti Brown had mentioned that the Browns were going to gather in Wyoming for a family reunion. They were doing so in honor of the late Garrison Brown. Hence, it was supposed to be a very anticipated and eventful event for all of the members after the family fallout in Season 18. Fans might get to see it all unfold in the upcoming seasons.
Sister Wives: What Happened Between Kody & Leon?
Everyone knows Kody Brown for his conservative ways. The Sister Wives star has never landed himself in fans’ good books because of this very reason. After disrespecting his partners for many years, he is not on good terms with his kids either. One of them is Leon Brown. Sources revealed that their transition period was quite hard for Kody, and he found it “disgusting.”
It turns out Meri and Kody’s bond also deteriorated even further after Leon’s transition, which contributed to their decision to divorce. They have also stopped starring in the show and live a private life after marrying their partner. It was a secluded ceremony, and no family member was there. Fans know quite little about Leon’s life but were happy to see them be part of the reunion on their own terms.
