The walls may be closing in on Days of Our Lives’ Fiona faster than we thought. And certainly faster than she’d hoped. So far, Brady’s made the perfect patsy and Fiona’s gotten to play the concerned mom and mother-in-law as Sarah recovers from being run over. But then, at the end of today’s episode, Sarah got a flash of memory of the accident… And the driver who hit her.
Right now, there’s no reason to panic too much over that blurry image she recalled. After all, how much could she have even seen?
It’s tough to make out a driver when headlights are bearing down on you. Still, that flash of memory is worrisome, and we don’t just mean for Fiona!
Because it certainly seems like Sarah got a glimpse of the driver, even if it isn’t in focus just yet. And we know this goes.
Once memories start, eventually they come to light. And Fiona knows this too, because next week, spoilers have her contemplating just how far she’ll go to keep Sarah quiet. And now we’re contemplating that, too!
Now, we don’t think Fiona is a villain. (Despite Serena Scott Thomas calling what she’s doing “evil”) At most, she’s a deeply troubled and flawed woman who’s made a mistake or two and is going down a panic spiral.
Granted, it was a big mistake. Massive, really. But desperate people do desperate things, and that’s what we’ve seen so far.
The question is, how desperate will she get? Because Sarah remembering her and ratting the hit and run out would likely ruin her relationship with her son forever.
No more chances. If something were to happen to Sarah, though… That could very probably push Xander to turn to his mom for comfort and support.
Would she really try to kill her daughter-in-law, though? We may not really know Fiona well enough yet to say.
At the very least, though, there’s a chance that Sarah could vanish for a little while, either put into a coma of some sort or kidnapped to keep her mouth shut.
Characters have been doing that a lot, lately, it seems. Rafe’s still unconscious, John was kidnapped and Steve, well, he just went off for a bit to find his pal. Sarah could very well be the next to disappear from our screens for a while.
Hopefully, though, Fiona will actually do the right thing for once. Because no matter her intentions, everything she’s done just keeps making things worse for her!
By the time this all comes out, she won’t just be unwelcome in Xander’s life, but also in Salem and, heck, probably the whole country!
