General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will bump into Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and see that she could use some cheering up. Portia will hint about something that could put a smile on Liz’s face, so they could both end up attending Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) birthday party.
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) already told Nina that maybe he could help her out with an invitation if she does exactly what she’s told. Nina will indeed cooperate, so it looks like Drew will talk Willow into inviting her birth mom to come hang out at the bash.
When Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gets updates on Drew helping Nina, she’ll lash out and express confusion. Carly won’t understand why Drew would do anything for “that woman,” but Drew may argue that it’s good for Willow to bond with Nina and get past the tension.
Drew’s new attitude toward Nina will definitely leave Carly suspicious on Monday’s GH episode. Will Carly eventually suspect that Drew and Nina have gotten closer behind closed doors?
Whatever the case, Drew is set to make a big announcement, so it sounds like he’ll officially announce that he’s running for Congress at some point during the party.
As for Nina, she’ll talk to Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) about how grateful she is to be in attendance. Nina will insist she’s chalking all this up as a “big fat win,” so Sasha will be happy that she’s making progress with Willow.
Next, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will remain hopeful that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) are going to be his neighbors.
It was Gio’s idea for the pair to move in the apartment above the Quartermaine garage – and all signs point to this working out beautifully.
Over with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he’ll talk to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) about something he wouldn’t trade for the world.
Although Chase is still grappling with the loss of Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison), he may insist he’s clinging to the memories and thankful for the time they had together.
Once Cody hears Chase talk about his father so lovingly, it could leave Cody contemplating whether he should tell Mac Scorpio (John J. York) the truth about their biological connection.
At Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) place, he won’t respond well to Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) visit and the warning she offers. Alexis will do her part to push Finn back toward sobriety, but he’ll fly into a rage and make his position crystal clear.
“My loss is mine to deal with my way,” Finn snaps in Monday’s GH preview video.
Our predictions point to Finn sinking further into this pit of despair and spinning out in some terrible ways, so stay tuned for the awful news that’s still to come.
