For the week of June 3, 2024, General Hospital spoilers tease major drama. In a new preview video, Harrison Chase watches as Hamilton Finn succumbs to alcohol. Chase is heard lamenting how Finn deceived him. Meanwhile, Anna Devane questions Jason Morgan about the recent shooting, and Elizabeth Baldwin discovers something shocking.

Finn’s battle with addiction continues to spiral. Despite staying clean for a long time, a mistake at Chase and Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s wedding led Finn back to drinking. As Gregory’s burial approaches, Finn struggles to resist temptation. Chase, in a state of terror and misery, secretly watches Finn consume alcohol.

The teaser trailer shows Liz unlocking her apartment door to find someone on her couch, likely Finn, possibly unconscious from alcohol. Liz looks dismayed, further hinting it’s Finn.

With Gregory’s burial nearing, Finn’s future looks grim. Weekly spoilers indicate that Anna will grill Jason about the shooting, growing increasingly impatient. Jason reveals that Sonny Corinthos tried to have him killed.

Meanwhile, Jack Brennan escapes his handcuffs, disguises himself as a surgeon, and leaves his hospital room. Where will Brennan go next? Will Pikeman be stopped in time to prevent more tragedies?

Anna’s investigation leads to a stunning revelation: her twin, Alex, is still alive and working for Pikeman Security Group. John Jagger Cates visits Brennan in the hospital, intending to return him to Pentonville, but Dr. Portia Robinson intervenes. During their conversation, Jagger accuses Anna of collaborating with Brennan.

Jagger’s suspicions stem from Anna’s past as a double agent. Despite Alex supposedly drowning years ago, it seems she might have survived and joined Pikeman, an organization employing former DVX agents. Anna will have to face the horrifying reality that her evil twin is still alive and working against her.

Additionally, Alexis Davis and Fergus Burns have a complicated relationship. Alexis once dated Fergus’s deceased brother, Neil Burns. Their connection goes back to the 1980s on the soap opera Santa Barbara, where Lane Davies and Nancy Lee Grahn played a super couple. Lane Davies also has a long history with Kate Mansi, who he met through her mother, Victoria Morris, over 50 years ago.
