She smiled as she watched him interact with Wy, who quickly ran to greet her.

Willow and Nina had a pleasant conversation about swimming and a special cream to protect Wy’s skin from chlorine. Despite Nina’s distraction, their chat was enjoyable. Willow had to leave soon for a date with Wy’s father, but before she left, Nina promised Wy they’d go swimming another time.

Dex, meanwhile, chatted with Gio, the new pool attendant, about basketball and Gio’s job, thanks to his aunt Olivia. Dex also caught up with Trina and Joselyn, proposing they move past recent events. Trina ran into Gio, who reminded her of someone she used to know, leading to a poignant moment.

In another part of town, Chase was dealing with his frustration towards his brother Finn, who was struggling with drinking issues. Chase and Brooklyn discussed ways to help Violet, Finn’s daughter, suggesting an intervention or a summer camp to keep her safe while Finn got the help he needed.

The drama took a shocking turn at the Brown Dog Tavern, where Jake spotted Finn drinking with a blonde woman. Finn, trying to drown his sorrows, was oblivious to Jake’s presence. Jake saw the woman kissing Finn and was about to confront him but was stopped by his friends. Later, Finn and the woman left the bar together, heading to Finn’s apartment.

Jake, disturbed by what he saw, went to the hospital to find his mother, Elizabeth. He told her about seeing Finn with another woman, confirming they had been drinking together. Elizabeth was visibly shaken by the news, realizing the depth of Finn’s struggles.
