In a recent episode of *General Hospital*, Chase discovered Finn alone at the Metro Court restaurant, drinking shots. After taking a few shots, Finn used some breath spray and was startled when Chase found him. Suddenly, Georgie yelled from beside Chase, further surprising Finn.
Following Georgie, Finn met Maxi, who confirmed that Violet could still join them for a swim and spend the night. While Chase hurried to retrieve Violet’s overnight bag, Brooklyn became uneasy about Chase’s behavior, especially since he needed to sort through Gregory’s belongings. Finn was relieved to let Maxi take care of Violet, insisting on working alone despite Brooklyn’s offer to help.
Chase returned with Maxi’s backpack, and although Violet was hesitant to leave Finn alone, he encouraged her to enjoy herself with Maxi and Georgie. Violet eventually departed, and Finn decided to head home after a challenging day. Though Chase wanted to spend time with his brother, Finn preferred to be alone to drink in peace and sort through Gregory’s belongings. Chase, witnessing this, chose not to confront his brother publicly but considered ways to help him, despite Brooklyn’s hint that Finn might not want assistance.
At the Metro Court pool, lifeguard Joselyn blew her whistle, reminding everyone that diving was prohibited. James and Spinelli entered just as Spinelli was expressing his concerns about Jason to Joselyn. Meanwhile, Giovani stopped James from diving, and Joselyn assured James that he would only receive a warning and could continue using the pool. Giovani mentioned that his family never gave him a job because they believed it would interfere with his practice time, revealing that he would be performing in the town’s summer stage concert series.
As Trina arrived, she noticed Giovani getting out of the pool, and Justin introduced them. Giovani shared that he would be attending PCU in the fall, thanks to a scholarship due to a significant endowment in the arts. They joked about the Quartermaine family, and Trina invited Giovani to play music at a gallery reception. He eagerly agreed and exchanged numbers with her.
Justin, after finishing his break, joined Trina by the pool. Trina confided in Justin about seeing Spencer everywhere after his death, but she was beginning to move on. Justin comforted her with a hug. Meanwhile, Georgie invited Maxi to join the pool, but Maxi declined, threatening to splash if she got wet. The children swam off, and Maxi reassured Violet, who was concerned about Finn, that sometimes grown-ups need time alone.
Back at home, Finn sorted through Gregory’s clothing, reminiscing about helping Gregory with his formal shoes before Chase’s wedding. He found an AA brochure and called to check on meeting times but felt defeated when he learned there were none. Deciding to go out, Finn ordered a tequila at a bar. Christina, watching from a recording studio, grinned as she recorded a song, happy to see Christina supporting Blaze.
