The General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, June 20th, reveal shocking twists and emotional turmoil. Carly Spencer encounters Jason Morgan at the coffee warehouse, where she updates him on Drew Cain’s Congressional bid and the media frenzy it might attract. Carly reflects on how Jason’s FBI involvement has caused him to miss crucial parts of his life. Despite Carly’s concerns, Jason reassures her that he will complete his mission and reclaim his life.

Meanwhile, Terry Randolph forces Elizabeth Baldwin to take a break to discuss Hamilton Finn’s drinking problem. Although Elizabeth still loves Finn and is aware of his struggle, Terry insists that Finn must seek help himself. At home, Finn comforts a worried Violet, promising her he will be fine while she spends the day at the pool with Georgie Spinelli. However, Finn battles the urge to drink once Violet leaves, ultimately succumbing to it.

Back at the hospital, Elizabeth tries to talk to Finn, reminding him they are connected through Violet. Relieved to hear Violet is safe with Maxie Jones and her kids, Finn prepares for a meeting with Terry and Portia Robinson. However, Finn loses his temper upon learning the meeting is about his drinking. Terry and Portia inform him that he must attend AA meetings and work under supervision, or risk losing his medical license. Feeling betrayed, Finn accuses Elizabeth of instigating the intervention and forbids her from seeing Violet before storming out and resigning.

Finn returns home, drowning his sorrows in alcohol. Elizabeth worries he might regret his actions once sober, despite Portia’s reassurance that reporting him was the right move.

Elsewhere, Robert and Anna Devane Scorpio have a warm reunion at Maxie’s house, while Sam McCall uncovers a shocking audio file about Jason. Spinelli reveals the file to Sam, who is furious to learn Jason risked his family’s safety for Carly. Determined to protect her loved ones, Sam makes a copy of the file and rushes to inform Carly.

Nina Reeves, feeling elated after Drew helped her get an invitation to Willow Corinthos’ birthday celebration, shares her joy with Maxie at the Metro Court pool. Joslyn Jax, on the other hand, updates a neighbor about Trina Robinson’s boyfriend’s sudden death, which occurred in February. As the drama unfolds, viewers will witness Jason alerting Anna about the potential attention Drew’s candidacy might bring, complicating his efforts against Valentin Cassadine.
