Victor Newman will confront Devon Hamilton Winters in the park to discuss Tucker McCall’s humiliating business defeat. Victor will suggest that Tucker go into hiding to avoid further embarrassment, but he’s also worried about Tucker trying to weasel his way back into Devon’s family if he returns to Genoa City. Devon will assure Victor that there’s no need to worry.
Meanwhile, Katie Abbott is unhappy in The Tack House and misses her old quarters. Victoria Newman will try to comfort her, reminding her about her rudeness to Claire Grace earlier. Katie will ask if Claire is insane and dangerous, as the kids at school claim. Despite Victoria’s reassurances, Katie remains skeptical about Claire’s recovery and feels pressured to accept her.
Kyle Abbott will hear about Katie’s reaction and offer Claire a pep talk. Claire advises Kyle to leave Jabot if he’s unhappy. Victoria will call Claire home while Kyle receives a text from Victor asking to meet at The Tack House. Johnny Abbott will admit to Victoria that Katie’s bad mood might be due to issues with a boy she likes.
Audra Charles will boast to Nate Hastings about her victory over Tucker but will also declare she’s done with love after Tucker’s treatment. Nate will think it’s a shame and propose a toast to change her mind. He’ll later warn Audra about a mysterious investor, suspecting hidden intentions. Victor will summon Audra to the ranch and surprise her by announcing that Kyle will be her co-CEO. Although Audra feels capable of running things alone, Victor insists this is non-negotiable. Audra will have no choice but to comply.
Victor will remind Kyle of their previous conversation about his dissatisfaction with Jabot, and Kyle will be shocked when Victor offers him the co-CEO position with Audra.
At Society, Lily Winters will inform Billy Abbott about resolving the litigation drama with Daniel Romalotti Jr. Lily will reveal she’s decided to accept Billy’s proposal to run the company together but wants to undo the merger first. Billy will be surprised but agree, as it was his initial idea. Lily plans to lead Chancellor while Devon takes over Winters.
Devon will discuss his uneasy feelings about Billy and Lily with Nate at work. Nate will think Devon is paranoid and claim Lily has Billy under control. Devon will ask Nate to keep an eye on Billy while he’s in Paris with Abby Newman Abbott. Lily will overhear this and try to reassure Devon that she has Billy exactly where she wants him.
Back with Billy, he’ll initiate a video conference with Jill Abbott, who will object to reversing the merger. Billy will work hard to convince Jill that everything is fine now that Lily is on board. According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Lily’s plan may become more complicated as the storyline progresses. We’ll bring you more predictions on how everything will play out.
